It’s difficult to carry a heavy thing a long distance.
If it’s heavy enough, it’ll be difficult to carry it at all.
It’s when we carry things around for a long time, especially on the inside, that we begin to feel the weight of life.
Life itself doesn’t weigh anything. The heavy stuff is just stuff we picked up along the way. After a while we forget what something is or even where it came from, but we still feel its effect.
If you want to go far, or even go at all, it’s best to slow down and acknowledge what you’re carrying with you that makes the journey so tiring.
The journey of life is best taken carrying as little as possible.
